Delete Your Account

Effective 14 October 2026

Deleting your account removes your nickname, any linked Google or Apple identifier, your chat block list and every key that lets a device sign in to the account. This cannot be undone.

From inside the app

1. On Home, tap your name at the top right. Your games opens.
2. Tap Account at the bottom of the left column.
3. Tap Delete account (Delete this player if you never signed in), then tap again to confirm. The account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from any address with your player name, roughly when you last played, and one more detail, such as an opponent's name or roughly what your rating was. Say whether you signed in with Google or Apple. We hold no email address for any account, so these details are how we find it. We delete the account we can match within 7 days and reply when it is done.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, you can also install the app on any phone, sign in and delete the account as above.

What is kept

These stay after the account is deleted:

• Finished games stay in your opponents' histories, because they are part of their record too, and their dice seeds stay checkable. Your name in them is replaced by "Deleted player".
• The account's rating numbers remain under a random id that is no longer linked to you, any device or any name, so past rating changes still add up. They are not shown anywhere.
• Chat messages you sent are removed by the normal 30-day deletion. A message that is under report review is kept until the report is resolved.
• A report about you that is still open keeps the name you had and that table's chat until we resolve it.
• Our server's notes of when your online games started and ended (see the privacy policy) are unlinked from the account.
• The server's own backups roll over within two days. Daily off-site copies (Cloudflare R2) expire after 90 days, so the deleted data can stay in an off-site backup for up to 90 days.
