Delete Your Account
Effective 7 October 2026
Deleting your account removes your nickname, your rating and record, your friend code, any linked Google or Apple identifier, your chat block list, and every key that lets a device sign in to the account. This cannot be undone.
From inside the app
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
If you no longer have your device, email [email protected] from any address and include your friend code (shown in Settings in the app). We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done. Without the friend code we cannot find the account, because we hold no email, name or other identifier for it.
Everything that never left your phone (settings, games against the computer) is removed simply by uninstalling the app.
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you:
- Finished games stay in your opponents' histories, because they are part of their record too, and their dice seeds stay checkable. Your name in them is replaced by "Deleted player".
- The account's rating numbers remain under a random id that is no longer linked to you, any device or any name, so past rating changes still add up. They are not shown anywhere.
- Chat messages you sent are removed by the normal 30-day deletion. A message that is under report review is kept until the report is resolved.
- Diagnostics (see the privacy policy) are unlinked from the account.
